BIG Statement on ICOs

BIG believe that Intial Coin Offerings (ICOs) can be a revolutionary and valid form of fund raising, whose decentralized nature allows for more egalitarian participation. To promote the accepantance of ICOs and to protect the public and investors, however, BIG also believe that ICOs should be regulated.

For now, Members (and Non-Members) may not state or imply that their association with BIG is an endorsement of any ICO, whether they have an ‘Advisor,’ ‘Non-Profit,’ ‘Ambassador,’ ‘Partner,’ ‘Friend,’ or any other official or unofficial designation or status with BIG. In addition, any company currently in a Pre-ICO or ICO stage may not display the BIG logo nor may they state that they have a ‘Partner’ or similar relationship with BIG either on their website or elsewhere (even if they are a ‘BIG Partner’ or other category of Member).
